I had been diagnosed that I have a heart disease.Soon I'm able to stay up for about a week.I lose my weight around 10 pounds.When I didn't sleep for 3 days then I'll get a very terrible headache.Plus I also having hallucination.How to prevent me from not to sleep?I'm tired.

Just some suggestions. Stress and worry over your heart condition will cause you lack of sleep. That you are having headaches and hallucinations is no surprise. That is all lack of sleep. Find out everything you can about your heart condition. You must already know the exact cause (at least you should) so you should sit down and have a long talk with your doctor. Ask any questions you may have about the exact cause and what steps you can take to prevent further heart problems. It is good that you have lost some weight. That is a step in the right direction. (assuming you were not thin to begin with) The next step is nutrition. Eat less foods that contain sugar and fat. Same with liquids. No whole milk, milkshakes or heavily sweetened "juice" drinks. No fried foods. More fiber and liquids such as water, tea or real fruit juices. More fruits and vegetables and whole grain cereals. Discuss with your doctor the possibility of starting an exercise program. After you have done all this you should take satisfaction that you are doing all you can to live a heart healthy life. That alone should reduce some of that stress and worry. Try taking an herbal such as Melatonin or just a non-prescription antihistamine. The side effect of most antihistamines is to make you sleepy. The non-prescription sleep medication Unisom is just an antihistamine. If need be ask your doctor about a prescription sleep medication to take for a few days. Prescription sleep medications can be habit forming so use them with caution and only for as short a period as reasonable. Good luck to you
