There are so many signs that it is almost impossible to list them all here. Shortness of breath, numbness along one side of the neck/jaw/shoulder Burning sensation in chest Indigestion. I would search it out at WebMD.com

Heart disease is usually characterized by excessive tiredness, a heaviness in the legs, shortness of breath and edema of the extremities. These are just a few of the symptoms. For a myocardio infarct or heart attack there is typically extreme pressure on the chest, some say it feels like an elephant is sitting on their chest, pain that radiates to the left shoulder and/or up the neck to the jaw, shortness of breath and nausea. Now these are typical characteristics of a heart attack in a man, in a woman it can present much differently including just a feeling of unease or impending doom.
