I just want to buy that book, but the latest edition released in 2006.. I think the next edition will release soon, so i want to wait a little longer..

The difference between the 4th and 5th edition will likely be a matter of page numbering and a few illustrations. The book was just completely updated for the 4th edition. Save yourself some coin and buy the 4th one if you want the book so badly. I'm assuming you're not at Harvard. That all said, it's a very decent textbook, and it's easy to read
