Can someone, who has heart disease knowingly, run and hold a stressful job

Can someone, who has heart disease knowingly, run and hold a stressful job?
A person I know has heart disease. But this person leads a very active lifestyle and seems to take on many stressful situations. This person has lost weight and now runs. I don't know what stage or type this person is, but is it recommended to do such activities with many types of heart disease?

The term 'Heart Disease' covers a broad area of pathology. If this friend of yours sees their doctor on a regular basis and the doc is monitoring their health, then they can probably take care of themselves.
2 :
Most of the time it depends on the type of heart disease and how bad it is. My dad has a heart condition and he goes to the gym 3 times a week for 2 hours he has a somewhat stressful job and he is perfectly fine. Most of the time light exercise is recommend for people who have their heart under control. As long as your friend takes their meds, or whatever they need to take, and isn't stressed out to where their heart to react to the stress. They should be fine.
3 :
They CAN hold such a stressful job, but the real question is should they? Overall, stress is hard on your heart and body, however exercise is a great way to relieve stress and keep healthy. Everything in moderation. Only their Doctor can say that for sure

how does a baby with congenital heart disease effect the family its born in too ? how are familys effected by a baby with congenital heart disease?

I was born with congenital heart disease. It has affected my family a lot. My sister doesn't like me much because she thinks I use my heart problems to manipulate my parents. She just doesn't understand it at all. My parents went through hell when I was born and thought I wouldn't survive. Now that I'm in my twenties, we're all afraid of what my quality of life will be like in five years. If my health does turn crappy, they might have to support me because I'll be too tired to do anything at all. If they have to support me, one might have to leave their job. My parents and I have had to talk to my team of doctors about everything I want to do, to make sure I can do it without serious consequences down the road. An example of bad consequences would be last week I moved, I was hauling boxes and furniture around to help everyone who was helping me and everything was cool. Then the next day, I was too tired to sleep (yes, that is possible). The fatigue is so strong that I couldn't do anything at all except roll over in bed. Couldn't even eat. That fatigue lasted for three days. If I work too hard like that often enough, I risk developing heart failure in the near future. I risk arrhythmias and sudden death too. You can imagine how having heart failure or sudden death would affect my family. So basically, my heart problems affect my family by causing them a lot of stress and making them have to occasionally put their lives aside to help me out. I should add, that is me. The heart disease I was born with is rare and serious. Some forms of heart disease, for example small atrial septal defects, are not even detected and fix themselves before the child grows into an adult. That form of CHD wouldn't affect the family at all. It really depends on what kind it is

Has there been any proof of yeast causing heart disease

Has there been any proof of yeast causing heart disease?
This is a Kevin Trudeau claim in his "Natural Cures" books, specifically that Candida yeast is responsible for most incidents of heart disease. The remedy is something called "Candida Cleanse", which he has a financial interest in. My mother is an M.S.N. and she told me that the only patients she's seen with yeast infections of the heart were severely immuno-depressive, ie terminal AIDS patients or stage 4 cancer patients.

yeast can cause inflammation of the inner coating cells of the heart in very sick immuno supressed people like you have mentioned. that would cause heart failure. it is also possible in intra venous drug abusers, albeit very rare. yeast dose not cause heart attacks. not even a small percentage

The body mass index, I, can be used to determine an individuals risk of heart disease. An index less then 25 i?
The body mass index, I, can be used to determine an individuals risk of heart disease. An index less then 25 indicates a low risk. The body mass index is given by the formula: I= 700w/H^2 where w=weight and H=height in inches. Francis weighs 173 pounds and stands 74 inches tall. What is his BMI? Find an inequality describing all weights W that Francis can have and be in low-risk category.

the best thing in the world is to contact the american diabetes assoc and ask them. that's where we get info for our patients. the heart diet is much easier to find. the hard part is fitting diets to a diabetic regime. so go to the experts and ask. you doctor should also be able to get you some info from them. they have all kinds of info too on insulins, exercise, etc. the are absolutely wonderful people to talk to. better than taking some jokers advice on here

Atherosclerosis is a type of arteriosclerosis. The name comes from the Greek words athero (meaning gruel or paste) and sclerosis (hardness). It's the term for the process of fatty substances, cholesterol, cellular waste products, calcium and fibrin (a clotting material in the blood) building up in the inner lining of an artery. The buildup that results is called plaque. Plaque may partially or totally block the blood's flow through an artery.
2 :
Atherosclerotic plaque is comprised of VERY HARD fibrous scar tissue and smooth arterial mucle tissue mainly along with calcium deposits collagen white blood cells blood platelets and finally cholesterol and also various fats , the most out of the fats being POLYUNSATURATED. Do NOT be fooled by the MEDIA representation/AHA nonsense This is a misrepresentation of atherosclerosis as "wads of goo' It devlops BETWEEN the INNER and OUTTER layers of the arteries walls. ook into THINS Dr. Ravnskov and Anthony Colpo for the TRUTH
