Iv'e started getting really worried about what i eat, im a healthy weight but i eat alot of junk food, which is worse, excessive drinking of beer, smoking or a high fat diet? Don't worry too much. If you are really concerned, go visit the doctor. You can very easily decrease blood pressure by taking in good food, even if you get high blood pressure. Don't consume more salts than needed. Decrease fat content in foods and you'll be back to normal in no time.
