What observations do doctors make on a paitient with coronary heart disease?
I would like if anyone can give what observations they would actually make

Many patients experience no symptoms. As for visual observations, truncal obesity--a big belly--is often a big sign of heart disease as are high cholesterol levels. They may be out of breath and sweaty with minor exertion.

I have this. I've had four heart attacks, I died on the table once. I had a six bypass operation and also have three stints in from another surgery. I have never got the usual heart attacks or pain others got. I get super tired, can't make the basement steps. Can't eat, sweat a lot and the heart rate soars, I've had a 244/224 already. They try to keep it at 90/65 but ? and my cholesterol is a 360 nothing changes it, it's a hereditary thing, my sisters are high also. My days are limited, I know that but ? that's life.
