This may sound weird, but a heart attack was probably the best thing that ever happened to me. Although I don't recommend one to anyone, It definitely changed my life for the good. I consistently exercise and eat right. Take more time for my loved ones. Have a more profound out look on Eternal Life. I do wish I would have changed prior.
