Read the labels on your food and stay away from sodium,or salt.avoid fats,try to keep your wight down,walk at least a mile every day,And look into what type of meditation you might like to do,Take 81 mgm of coated baby aspirin every day.and if you would like to and can get a pet.Take up a hobby or a study,And stay away from people you don't like,

Walk 45 minutes a day. And avoid foods that raise blood pressure (salty ones) and eat foods that lower blood pressure (those high in potassium). Prefer fish over meat.

Dieting helps lower cholesterol. Eat less animal fat & don't eat before bed
