I am a 15 year old girl. The three of my grandparents that have died died of heart attacks and my living grandmother is having a pacemaker put in today. Since I'm seemingly destined to heart failure, What can I do to help prevent it?

eat healthy food and cut down on the sweets

Im in the same boat =P, but yes, like everybody says, eat eathly and do alot of cardio excerise

Your grandparents probably ate a lot of fat and cholesterol. If you want to keep healthy see your doctor often enough, eat healthy foods, and exercise daily.

besides eating healthy and exercising look for foods that help the heart (usually have a heart symbol) like Cheerios for example
