I think that I may have heart disease and I'm 17. How can I tell

I think that I may have heart disease and I'm 17. How can I tell?
I have quite a few of the symptoms like severe pain in my back when I stress it. Also, I'll have pressure on my chest, throat, and stomach sometimes, it even becomes difficult to breathe. It almost feels like I'm being flattened by a large rock. I think that I may be at risk of getting heart disease, or I may have it already. Am I overreacting, or may I have (or be at risk of) heart disease?

Cardiovascular disease includes a number of conditions affecting the structures or function of the heart. They can include: Coronary artery disease (including heart attack) Abnormal heart rhythms or arrythmias Heart failure Heart valve disease Congenital heart disease Heart muscle disease (cardiomyopathy) Pericardial disease Aorta disease and Marfan syndrome Vascular disease (blood vessel disease) if it feels like your being crushed it could be the warning signs of a heart attack so if you feel it agian go to the hospital and see if they know any thing Just to be safe! Good Luck

as you said it is no heart disease, (over reacting) so relax

your overreacting. its very unlikely to have heart disease at 17 unless you were born with it and from the sound of your symptoms it doesnt sound much like heart problems. If your really that worried then go to the doctor. And i cant tell if you are at risk because you dont say your weight, your eating habits, your exercise habits, if you smoke or do drugs or drink ect.

I doubt it is your heart. I think you may have a problem with your gallbladder. More and more young women are now getting their gallbladder removed because of problems. Make an appointment with your doctor. Explain your symptoms and they can refer you to a specialist. No one can diagnose you over the internet. Good luck
